The model was created using sketch up. I have used the replicator pro template so that it would be easier for me to imagine how big the size would be when printed.

Making
- I used the makerbot innovation center service to print the model. It took approximately 3 hours.
- After printing , I created a partition using a cardboard paper so that it would fit the model.
- Lazer printer was used to cut out the acrylic.
- The top layer did not fit the 3d model. However in fusion 360 and sketch up it fitted.
- The bottom survace was too rough and frangile. This is because the base was not firmly touching the print table.
- Print Error 1011 occurred. I asked the av consultant and also mailed to the ta but had no response. I tried the below link but had no success.https://support.makerbot.com/troubleshooting/makerbot-replicatorplus/printing/im-getting-a-slicing-error_12245
