            • 文字をレイアウトする

              印刷したい文字列を考え、ブロックをニードルにはめていきます。
              ブロックは両サイドから穴が開いているので、縦書きも横書きもできます。

              横書きの印刷を行う場合は、順番が逆になります。
              ミライ→イラミ
              と見えるようにブロックを並べる。

              4列×13行はめることができますが、たくさんの文字を並べると一個辺りの文字にかかる圧力が小さくなり、かすれる文字が出てきます。
              そのため、文字数が少ない方がキレイにプレスできます。縦1列ぐらいがうまくいきやすいです。

              素のブロックをはめることでズレを抑えることができますが、マステで固定した方が楽です。

            • ケースにはめる

              ブロックが挿し終わったらケースにはめます。 ズレが気になる場合はマステで固定します。

            • ゴム板に紙を貼る

              カバーに切り欠きがある方を上にして、ゴム板にマステで印刷する紙を貼ります。 ここでは特Aクッション0.8mmを使っています。

            • インクを塗る

              活版印刷用のインクを使う場合は、少量をバットに取り、ゴムローラーで縦横に広げながらコネます。 参考になる動画がいろいろあるので、探してみてください。   そのままゴムローラーで文字の表面にインクを塗布します

              プレスする

              切り欠きを合わせながら、紙を貼ったカバーを文字版にのせ、体重をかけてプレスする。 ズレない範囲でグリグリする。 プレスが終わったら、カバーをサッと持ち上げて剥がす。

            • できあがり

              こんな感じで出来上がっているのではないかと思います。
              2色以上で刷る場合は、ブロックを入れ替えながら刷った方がいいと思います。
