ファブ３Dコンテスト2017 CATEGORY4出品のための造形
昨年度と同じく、より高所からの落下においても内容物（生卵）を衝撃から守る造形物を考案し、造形し実際に落下実験を行うまでのレポートを記載する。
This is a fabrication project for Fab 3D contest 2017 CATEGORY 4 exhibition.
As in last year, we will design a model that protects the content (raw egg) from impact from falling from a higher altitude, and write a report on how to shape and actually drop it.

- 実は詳細部品の方で手こずる事が多い。
- 数が多い部品なので短時間で製作できる様に設計してある。
実証実験

まだまだ改良点がたくさんある。。。。2号機
0ブレードと卵との接触の仕方に問題があるのでとの推測から、接触部分の形状を修正して再度出力
- まだ改善点があるようだ
3号機
0やはり卵との接触部分で衝撃の際にエッジが当たるのではと考えさらに形状修正
3号機
0ブレードを2枚貼り合わせて接触部分が片側に歪んでエッジが当たらない仕様とした。30cm程度の落下には耐える事が出来るようだ実証実験
0しかし1.5mの落下では卵は破損した- クッションの動作の際に接触ダメージを与えていると考え、インナーシールドを作成し1・5m落下実験を行うも、破損は免れず。。。
