              学生である私の所属する部活の部室の中には危険な薬品が多々ありました。それらを後輩たちが誤って開けたりなどしないように、何かいい策はないかと考えたところ、思い浮かびました。また、前述のように薬品の誤飲以外にも活用できると考えられます。

                  ペットボトルのキャップや南京錠の形と大きさをはかり、XYZmakerにて３Dモデルを作成、株式会社HYIのELEGOO３plusで出力しました。
                  作成第一段階ではペットボトルのキャップと自分が作ってみたものがぴったり合うサイズになっているのかを確認しました。一発でOKだったので次に進み、作成第二段階では実際にペットボトルのキャップを固定しようとしてみて、部品同士がぶつかってキャップを固定できない、部品同士をつなげて動かす軸が折れやすいなどの設計ミスを探し修正しました。その後の第三段階では、「ここで変な風にかけているのをなくしたらいいんじゃないか」などの個所を修正し、完成しました。
