Referred to “Snub-dodecahedron” i.e. polyhedron with 12 pentagonal
and 80 triangular faces, which is one of the “Semi-regular polyhedrons” (/Archimedean
solids). Interestingly, if we look through the opened pentagonal part of this,
the opposite pentagonal face could be seen tilted.
- In the process of designing these paper pieces, the proportion of one pentagonal face and the whole sphere reminded me of the particular movie character, which you may know as well.The expression of beams is an homage to it.
